Each of the the shortlisted teams had to submit a concept design for the new museum for the second stage of the RIBA design competition. The designs were shown anonymously and each team was assigned a code letter at random. During this stage we held a number of consultation events where people we able to view all the entries and had the opportunity to comment on the designs. This feedback was passed onto the Jury Panel who made the final decision and chose Carmody Groarke (Team A) as the winning team.
